BIO
Tess Meyer is a screenwriter working primarily on animated features and TV series with partners in Australia, Asia, North America and Europe. Recent credits include TV Series ‘100% Wolf: The Book Of Hath’ (2023), ‘Lil Wild!’ (now streaming on MeWatch and Netflix) and feature film ‘Mia and Me: The Hero of Centopia’ (2022).
Prior to writing full time, Tess was the development producer at Flying Bark Productions. There, she worked with creative teams to develop all new adventures for established brands ‘Maya the Bee’ and ‘100% Wolf’ as well as nurturing original IP development.
In the live action world, her projects are darker in tone and include award winning short films and a successful web series, Skinford, released on Blackpills, AppleTV, VICE (US), Amazon Prime (US) and SBS Viceland and STAN in Australia. Her original YA pilot, Gifted, was a Semi Finalist in the 2020 Final Draft Big Break competition and a Finalist in the 2021 Save the Cat Screenplay Competition.
Tess is always seeking new opportunities to join writers rooms, take on scripts, and build extraordinary worlds with friends and collaborators she is yet to meet.
